Overview

Charlie Lewis has worked in management and the IT industry for 25 years. After running a group of language schools in Northern Italy he returned to the UK and worked for 10 years for QA Training, a leading IT services company. He taught and developed curriculum for technical systems training and was director of both training delivery and product development. He has worked for iPlanet, the e-commerce division of Netscape/SUN Microsystems, and Saba Software (an e-learning platform vendor), as director of EMEA customer education.
