Julie Cunningham (MSc, MIITT, MCT, TAP) is a partner in Cunningham & Othen of Oxford and was previously Training Centre Manager for Oxford Computer Training, with direct responsibility for management of support and facilities staff.
For the last 5 years, she has provided training to Microsoft’s own support staff and consultants at their various offices around the world, most recently being directly involved in the graduate recruitment programme.

She was contracted by Microsoft EMEAEST to report and provide solutions to the management of Microsoft’s European training facilities and she also directly manages the setup team in the UK. Julie also successfully took over the (previously inadequate) management of Microsoft EMEAEST’s offsite training academies.
